At my last job we purchased a zip code addin from spheresoft that could give you a distance between two distance ie: =ZipCodeDistance(zip1, zip2) This worked well but I am now at a new job and wondering if there is any data out there that could help me build my own sheet.

So I'm doing research for a internship where I received all this customer data and am being asked to calculate the distance between the consumer zip code (i don't have their original location so I'd have to have it pull that info into new cells too) and 5 other locations. I know on google sheets there's a maps API key you can add but it only lets you do like 5 a day and I have a hell of a lot more than that.
I was just wondering if you could explain in the most simplistic way possible how to do this on excel rather than searching each one on maps. Any help would be greatly appreciated! PS my boss said he's not sure how to do this but said to ask Reddit. Okay so I uploaded the sheet and am having issues actually setting up the formula.
I forgot to mention above about not having the original location information either so I'd want my cells to be the following order: Zip - Lat (going to hide) - Long (going to hide) - City - State - Tickets Sold (only information aside zip I started with) - Other location Lat (hide) - Other location long (hide) - Location Name I guess I'm trying to say how would I have that information populate based on the original zipcode I received, then calculate the distance. Sorry I'm not really good at this teach me how to use excel like an adult, appreciate your help! A custom function and some open source data.
